Donald D. McKinnon Position: Chairman of the Board With more than 45 years of experience in the international mineral exploration industry, Mr. McKinnon is renowned for the discovery of Hemlo, one of Canada's largest and richest gold mining camps. Around the mining world he is greatly respected and famed for his research and extensive library. A fierce advocate for multiple land use, Mr. McKinnon was named prospector of the year in 1983, received the Order of Canada in 1996 and the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002.
